Our test procedures are the best and most thorough in the industry. Vickers motors are rebuilt to IEC 60034 standards–the same standard to which the factory built them.
A Vickers motor rebuilt by ETI has been test run, closed loop with the resolver. Vibration levels are recorded and verified to be within specification, and each motor is checked to ensure that it conforms to the IEC assembly tolerances.
Slippage is a common problem with brake motors. Every Vickers brake motor is torque tested after being rebuilt to ensure it holds at least the factory specified torque.
