Endeavor Technologies will completely rebuild your SJ-N5.5AM-S01 spindle motor to new condition, regardless of the failure. Rated for 8000 rpm, the SJ-N5.5AM-S01 spindle motor utilizes radial bearings especially designed for this application. Repairs to this special spindle motor should not be attempted by non-authorized repair shops. This motor must be assembled to Mitsubishi’s demanding dimensional tolerances, with the correct factory bearings to achieve the expected life. If a new winding is required, we will upgrade it to all class H insulation. It doesn’t stop there! Problems with the PLG or encoder can be very difficult to troubleshoot. We determine conclusively that the PLG is correctly adjusted and functioning perfectly by running in your SJ-N5.5AM-S01 spindle motor with one of our Mitsubishi MDS spindle controllers and Mitsubishi CNCs. The PLG feedback for these motors is obsolete. If your PLG has failed, Endeavor Technologies will retro-fit your motor with an available PLG, and give you simple, specific instructions to assure compatibility with your spindle amplifier and CNC. Don’t settle for having your Mitsubishi SJ-N5.5AM-S01 spindle motor “repaired”. Send it to Endeavor Technologies to be completely rebuilt to the factory specification, using original OEM parts.
