Our inventory includes hundreds of Mitsubishi, Fanuc, and Okuma motors, as well as a large stock of Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Gettys motors. We also have replacement spindle motors and servomotors for many older Mazak, Okuma, and Mori Seiki machines.

FAQs

Is a core return required?

Yes. The failed motor must be returned to the Endeavor Exchange Program. If you fail to return the replacement motor, expect extra costs to be incurred for keeping the replacement motor in your possession while also retaining the failed motor.

Are there core credits?

The price of a core credit is already taken into account when we sell you a rebuilt motor. Because of this, the Endeavor Exchange Program cannot offer core credits at this time.

Can you help me with the return of my failed motor/shipping process?

Yes. We take the guesswork and hassle out of your return by sending your rebuilt motor in a heavy duty reusable crate lined with a dense, protective foam mold. To return your failed motor, just place it into the same crate and return to Endeavor. For a nominal fee, we’ll provide the truck carrier and handle all the pickup and shipping.

Is my replacement warranted and for how long?

Yes. All rebuilds are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for one year.

Why not just get my replacement motor on eBay?

It’s definitely tempting, but buyer beware. Lots of brokers on eBay have motors for sale and can make big claims, but they’re not very reliable. So, if you buy from eBay, be wary of counterfeit items and flawed or faulty merchandise. Endeavor Exchange is designed to help you avoid these risks.
