An increasing number of Fanuc spindle motors require ceramic hybrid bearings. We have an extensive inventory of these special Fanuc bearings, plus pulse generators, fans, terminal boxes, covers, and seals.
After your A06B-1015-B203 motor has been reassembled, the assembly tolerances—shaft runout, and flange runout and perpendicularity will be checked against the factory specification.
Final run-in is completed using one of our Fanuc CNCs and spindle controllers. Vibration levels are verified to be within factory specification and are recorded in our permanent test record along with current readings, bearing temperatures, and other test data. If you want a final run-in report, we’ll happily provide it.
