Endeavor Technologies offers complete rebuilding services for Kollmorgen housed direct drive rotary (DDR) motors.
Your DDR motor type DH061M-22-7317-025N will be carefully evaluated to determine if it is faulty. The encoder will be tested with Heidenhain latest equipment to ensure it is working properly, the winding will be thoroughly tested with a high voltage winding analyzer, and the Ke will be checked to ensure the magnet rotor is fully charged.
Should your motor need service, the cross roller bearing (and secondary bearing if so equipped) will be replaced, and all parts thoroughly reconditioned. Sealed motors get new seals, and are pressurized and submerged to verify they meet their IP67 rating. Failed encoders are replaced, programmed, and aligned before the motor is test run with a Kollmorgen AKD series servo controller.
In a worst case scenario, we’re even capable of rewinding and molding the new winding in epoxy, or rebuilding a failed magnet rotor.
