Our Policy
Exchange motors supplied by Endeavor Technologies, Inc. (ETI) have been rebuilt and thoroughly tested. They are warranted against defective material and workmanship for one (1) year. This warranty does not cover conditions over which ETI has no control, including, without limitation, contamination, incorrect power supply, damage from accident, abuse, neglect, misalignment, or damage from mating components.
By agreeing to purchase an exchange motor type from Endeavor Technologies, Inc., the purchaser agrees to the following:
1. Failed motors are to be returned to Endeavor Technologies, Inc. within 1 week of receipt of the exchange motor.
2. If the failed motor is not promptly returned, the customer will pay the manufacturer’s (Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc) list price of a new motor within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
3. All components of the failed motor must be returned. In addition to the agreed upon price for the exchange motor, the customer will pay list price for any missing major components. These include, but are not limited to: terminal boxes, cooling fan motors, covers, and encoders except in cases where the exchange motor was supplied without these parts.
4. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred in shipping the exchange motor to their location, and for all freight charges incurred to ship the failed motor back to Endeavor Technologies, Inc.
5. The failed motor will be securely packaged to avoid damage during shipment. Any re-usable packaging material (crates, foamed cartons, etc) included with the exchange motor will be returned with the failed motor.
