- Windings are painstakingly reverse engineered and carefully crafted to duplicate the original.
- Each rewound stator is exhaustively tested. Testing with a sophisticated winding analyzer verifies the integrity of the insulation system. But we also ensure that resistance, inductance, phase relationship, and more all meet the factory specifications so that the motor will perform as expected with the original drive parameters.
Additional Services
Many Siemens built-in motors are provided with an aluminum water jacket which can degrade when exposed to water-based refrigerant. If your cooling jacket has corroded, we can reverse engineer it and supply a replacement.
We’ll be happy to remove, re-install, and pressure test the stator in the headstock casting so that you can assemble your spindle with confidence that it won’t leak.
