Have you heard that Okuma servo motors can’t be repaired? Don’t believe it! Endeavor Technologies will rebuild your Okuma motor type BL-25E-30T to new condition regardless of the failure. Motor Ke (magnet strength), windings, and brakes will all be tested with a variety of diagnostic instruments. If your Okuma motor type BL-25E-30T is de-magnetized, we have the equipment to re-magnetize it. If the axis is slipping because the mechanical brake isn’t holding, Endeavor Technologies will completely re-manufacture it. If the winding has failed, our skilled winders will rewind it according to the original winding data. After assembly, dimensional tolerances will be verified to be within the factory specification. Finally the motor will be test run, checked for excessive noise or temperature, and vibration levels recorded. All test data becomes part of our database, and a link to the final service report will be emailed to you upon request.
