Have you heard that Okuma servo motors can’t be repaired? Don’t believe it! Endeavor Technologies will rebuild your Okuma BL-80E-20T servomotor to like-new condition regardless of the failure.
If your Okuma BL-80E-20T servomotor is de-magnetized, we have the equipment to re-magnetize it. If the magnet rotor has disintegrated, we can rebuild it with new magnets.
Frequently, a vertical axis will slip because the motor brake has become contaminated and can’t hold sufficient torque. Cleaning the brake parts is only a temporary fix. Endeavor Technologies will completely re-furbish the brake with a new lining, and finish grind the friction surfaces.
If the motor winding or brake coil has failed, our skilled winders will rewind it according to the original winding data.
After assembly, dimensional tolerances will be verified to be within the factory specification. Finally the motor will be test run, checked for excessive noise or temperature, and vibration levels recorded. All test data becomes part of our database, and a link to the final service report will be emailed to you upon request.
If you’ve had your Okuma BL-80E-20T servomotor “repaired” and it still doesn’t work, it’s not too late–send it to Endeavor Technologies to be rebuilt to factory specifications today!
